Terms of Service Candice Watson Exclusive Aesthetic, Dubai, UAE. From 1st September 2016, Candice Watson will travel to Dubai for appointments at the start of each month for 7 to 14 days to attend Dubai appointments at C37, Dubai Healthcare City, AlRazi Medical Complex (Building 64 ), Fourth floor. For this reason, Dubai appointments require 7 days notice to cancel or reschedule.
When an appointment is made, a booking fee is applicable to secure the appointment. The booking fee is required to omit no-shows. Booking fee costs are listed on our Dubai Price page HERE.
Terms of Service – All appointments are scheduled and managed by C37, Dubai Healthcare City, AlRazi Medical Complex (Building 64 ), Fourth floor. When making an appointment, please supply your full name, mobile and email. We will invoice you on the email supplied to pay the booking fee. All booking fee payments are in GBP. Payments can be made using Paypal or popular Credit Cards. Payment instructions will be included in the invoice sent. In the unlikely event of a payment issue, please get in touch with us through the invoice email or email info@exclusiveaesthetic.com. Payments can only be confirmed once we see the payment on our Paypal account associated with our booking fee system.
For procedures where one payment is required (and one booking fee) with a top-up or top-ups included, you must show up for your top-up at the agreed time or cancel or reschedule, giving 7 days notice prior. If you do not show up or inform us at least 7 days prior, you will lose the scheduled top-up and must reschedule and pay for the top-up missed. The required top-up procedure will be charged at our standard rate applicable to each service.

Important
- To cancel or reschedule a Dubai appointment, please email info@exclusiveaesthetic.com or call +971 43838333 at least 7 days before your appointment.
- DUBAI cancellation or rescheduling requires 7 days’ notice.
- UK cancellation or rescheduling requires five days’ notice.
- You will lose your booking fee if the required notice period is not given.
- Advanced payment is a booking fee. The balance of your treatment cost is payable at the appointment.
- The paid booking fee amount will be deducted from the treatment cost at your appointment.
- Treatment sessions are 15 minutes to 60 minutes.
- Consultations are for 15 minutes.
- Informal free consultations are 5 minutes available between scheduled paying clients.
- The consultation booking fee will be deducted from the treatment cost when you next pay. The consultation fee is not refunded if you decide not to proceed with the treatment course.
- All booking fees are in GBP and confirmed on request once received to Exclusive Aesthetic’s Paypal account.
- All appointments are made in advance.

Cancellation and rescheduling
7 days notice is required for Dubai appointments.
You will lose your booking fee if:
- Less than 7 days notice is given for Dubai appointments
- You do not show up for your appointment
- You are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment without notifying us
Booking fee – Terms of Service
The booking fee to secure an appointment is a booking fee and NOT the full amount. The balance is payable when you attend your appointment.

Booking Fee made through our website or by invoice is made to Exclusive Aesthetic Ltd’s Paypal account in GBP Sterling.
Consultations
Regrettably, we are forced to charge a booking fee for our consultations due to increased no-shows. If you proceed with the treatment, the booking fee will be deducted from the treatment cost when you next pay.
Scheduled appointments
If you schedule an appointment, we presume you want to proceed with the chosen procedure. The booking fee will be deducted from the procedure cost when you pay for your appointment. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Refunds
All refunds are subject to confirmation that the booking fee was received to Exclusive Aesthetic Ltd’s Paypal account and that you have adhered to our cancellation requirements.
No refunds will be given if:
- Less than 7 days notice is given for Dubai appointments
- You do not show up for your appointment
- You are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment without notifying us.
Of course, occasionally, there are genuine reasons to cancel at late notice; however, when less than 7 days notice is given, a refund is at the discretion of Candice Watson and Exclusive Aesthetic Ltd. Refunds may take up to 21 days to show in your account.

All appointments are made by emailing info@exclusiveaesthetic.com or calling C37 reception on +971 43838333. Please supply your full name, email and mobile when scheduling an appointment.
Appointment reminders
We may use your email and mobile number to email and text reminders of your appointment time. Maximum 2 text message reminders per client (7 days prior and 1 day prior) will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone you supply when making an appointment.
Your email and mobile
We require your mobile and email to confirm appointments. We will add your contact details to our database and occasionally contact you to suggest other services we offer. We will not give your contact details to anyone else to use for marketing purposes.
