The Best Tattoo Removal System
For Tattoo Removal, we use what we feel is the best tattoo removal system available called the Rejuvi.
Rejuvi tattoo removal is a more gentle tattoo removal method with results visible over a much shorter amount of time and we feel far superior to laser tattoo removal.
A specially formulated removals cream is inserted in the skin that attaches to the pigment and is expelled from the body using the body’s natural defence system.
A typical black ink tattoo could be removed in as little as 2 to 3 treatment sessions. Red and green tattoo pigment require more treatment sessions. The Rejuvi method of tattoo removal is effective on all colour pigments, unlike laser removal which is only effective in specific colours.
Each tattoo removal treatment session is spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart to allow the skin to fully heal.
The process and expected number of sessions and costs will be explained in more detail at your first treatment appointment or consultation.

The Rejuvi method of tattoo removal was developed over 18 years ago and was quickly adopted by micropigmentation specialists as the preferred removal method for body art tattoos. Rejuvi tattoo removal uses a similar technique to applying the original tattoo however the Rejuvi cream is inserted into the skin and not pigment.
Rejuvi is also effective for semi permanent makeup corrections and removals and medical micropigmentation procedures.
The process of removing pigment
A specially formulated removals cream is implanted into the skin where the tattoo is located. This method is very similar to how the original tattoo pigment was implanted, instead of pigment, the removals cream is implanted.
Once implanted the Rejuvi cream attaches and captures the coloured pigment particles within the skin, a little like a magnet. This is then naturally expelled from the skin the same as any other foreign body. The expelled cream and pigment forms a hard crust over the removals area. Over the course of several weeks, the crust containing cream and pigment falls away with the pigment particles attached.
Rejuvi, the best?
Rejuvi tattoo removal method is NOT a home method and MUST be performed in a medical clinic by a specially trained professional who is trained in tattoo removals and the Rejuvi method.

Laser Tattoo Removal
Laser tattoo removal is by far the most marketed and known method of tattoo removal.
Laser tattoo removal is very painful and time-consuming. We have known people who have laser tattoo removal on a monthly basis for over 2 years and still not seen the result they are looking for. This, in turn, leads on to laser tattoo removal becoming very expensive.
Another problem you find with laser technicians (especially here in the Middle East) is that they will avoid committing to a time scale or the number of sessions you might need. This is often because they simply don’t know and are also unsure if the laser will remove the whole tattoo at all.
There is also an increased risk of scarring with laser removal.
Laser removal process
The way Laser “removes” your tattoo is by exploding the pigment particles which will over many sessions become so small that they disappear.
This sounds reasonable however the pigment is being exploded back into the body and the bloodstream.
Body tattoo pigments (and some cheaper SPMU pigments) have been found to contain carcinogenic ingredients. If these are blasted by laser back into the body, at best this causes allergies and rashes and at worst could cause tumours and cancer. This is why we do not recommend laser tattoo removal.
Also with laser tattoo removal the appearance of the tattoo will become uneven and will spread out in the skin giving a very unpleasant look.
Saline Solution as a tattoo removal method is intended to remove new pigment i.e. if the technician makes a mistake when applying the new body art tattoo or semi permanent makeup procedure Saline can be applied to remove. However, if the tattooed area has healed then Saline will have very little or no effect and is a waste of time and money to perform.
Surgery or Skin Grafts
Surgery and Skin Grafts are drastic methods of tattoo removal.
You certainly won’t be left with any pigment in the skin, however, these measures should only need to be performed if the area is very large and other methods have proved ineffective. Hospital stays and heavy aesthetic are required with lengthy healing times.
There will be definitely be scarring regardless of how good the surgeon is.
Fade Out Creams
These creams are completely pain-free, require no visits to a specialist and can be done in the comfort of your own home.
Unfortunately, fade out cream do not work on permanent pigment tattoos.
Although there are 1 or 2 creams that over the period of 12 to 24 months have given fairly impressive results for a cream, there is still no evidence that these creams alone will totally remove tattoo pigment.
Our advice, if it sounds too good to be true then it usually is!
Dermabrasion & Sanding techniques
Dermabrasion and Sanding techniques are very successful for mild skin resurfacing and exfoliation.
However, when used for removing tattoos you would need to go fairly deep into the skin and have a large number of treatments for any worthwhile results.
This can in turn cause scarring, calluses or infections so extreme caution needs to be taken when using this method of tattoo removal.
