Safer and superior results compared to Laser Removals
Safer than laser
Our system draws pigment out of the skin, unlike laser tattoo removal which can push the pigment deeper into the skin.
Our tattoo removals method uses micropigmentation needles to implant a specially formulated removals cream. This cream attaches itself to the tattoo pigment particles, and once bonded the body naturally expels the cream and pigment mixture from the treatment area.
Less risk of scarring
Our process has a 4% chance of scarring compared to 75% with laser removal. Simply follow the aftercare instructions and scarring becomes almost a minimal risk.
Our system does not burn the skin like laser removal.
Remove any colour tattoo
Our tattoo removals system safely removes any colour tattoo including blacks, reds and greens.
Skin fully heals
Our removals process does not damage the skin – Once healed the area has the appearance of new skin that still tans and hair growth is unchanged.
Far fewer treatments
A normal black ink tattoo is usually removed within a handful of sessions.
Our process is more cost-effective than laser overall. Our cost per treatment is more however much fewer sessions are required. Laser removal is cheaper but we see clients who have had 20+ laser removal sessions and still the pigment is visible.
What removal system we use
We offer the best tattoo removal system called Rejuvi with results that are far superior to laser tattoo removal.
Rejuvi Tattoo Removal offers visible results in a much shorter amount of time and is a more gentle method of removing pigment from the skin than laser tattoo removal.
A black ink tattoo is usually removed in as little as 2 to 3 treatment sessions. The Rejuvi method of tattoo removal is effective on all colour pigments, unlike laser removal which is only effective in specific colours.
Each tattoo removal treatment session lasts about 30 to 60 minutes depending on the size of the tattoo. The number of sessions required and the cost will be discussed at your first treatment appointment or consultation.
The process of removing pigment
A specially formulated removals cream is implanted into the tattoo using a very similar method to how the original tattoo pigment was implanted however instead of pigment, the removals cream is implanted.
Once implanted the cream attaches itself to the tattoo pigment particles and the body’s natural defence mechanism then naturally expels both tattoo pigment and cream. The expelled cream and pigment mix forms a hard crust over the removals area which over the course of several weeks, falls away with the tattoo pigment particles attached.
When the tattoo removals course is complete the skin will have redness for some weeks and will then become lighter than the surrounding skin. This is due to the removals process forms new skin which needs time to acclimatise before the skin returns to its natural state. Expect the new skin to be sensitive for a few months after treatment, this is normal as the skin fully heals.
Our tattoo removal process uses needles which will cause slight irritation and swelling to the treatment area. In some cases there may also be redness, however, this will subside very quickly.
You will be given aftercare instructions at your treatment appointment. Aftercare should be adhered to carefully to ensure the best results.
Although we believe Rejuvi is the best and most effective method of tattoo removal there is a minimal risk of scarring, about 4%. This is usually due to the aftercare instructions not being followed.
Not for home use
Rejuvi tattoo removal method is NOT a home method and MUST be performed in a medical clinic by a specially trained professional who is trained in tattoo removals and the Rejuvi method.
Also great for removing SPMU
Rejuvi is also effective for semi permanent makeup corrections and removals and medical micropigmentation procedures. If you have had a bad treatment by another specialist then please contact us for how we can help.

Laser Tattoo Removal
The way Laser “removes” your tattoo is by exploding the pigment particles which will over many sessions become so small that they disappear. This sounds reasonable however the pigment is being exploded back into the body and the bloodstream.
Body tattoo pigments (and some cheaper SPMU pigments) have been found to contain carcinogenic ingredients. If these are blasted back into the body, at best, this causes allergies and rashes and at worst could cause tumours and cancer. This is the number one reason why we do not recommend laser tattoo removal.
Also with laser tattoo removal the appearance of the tattoo between sessions will become uneven and will spread out in the skin giving a very unpleasant look.
Saline Solution as a tattoo removal method is intended to remove new pigment i.e. if the technician makes a mistake when applying the new body art tattoo or semi permanent makeup procedure Saline can be applied to remove. However, if the tattooed area has healed then Saline will have very little or no effect and is a waste of time and money to perform.
Surgery or Skin Grafts
Surgery and Skin Grafts are drastic methods of tattoo removal. You certainly won’t be left with any pigment in the skin, however, these measures should only need to be performed if the area is very large and other methods have proved ineffective. Hospital stays and heavy aesthetic are required with lengthy healing times. There will be definitely be scarring regardless of how good the surgeon is.
Fade Out Creams
These creams are completely pain-free, require no visits to a specialist and can be done in the comfort of your own home.
Unfortunately, fade-out creams do not work on permanent pigment tattoos.
Although there are 1 or 2 creams that over the period of 12 to 24 months have given fairly impressive results for a cream, there is still no evidence that these creams alone will totally remove tattoo pigment. Our advice, if it sounds too good to be true then it usually is!
Dermabrasion & Sanding techniques
Dermabrasion and Sanding techniques are very successful for mild skin resurfacing and exfoliation. However, when used for removing tattoos you would need to go fairly deep into the skin and have a large number of treatments for any worthwhile results. This can in turn cause scarring, calluses or infections so extreme caution needs to be taken when using this method of tattoo removal.
Candice now offers several micropigmentation training courses in Dubai including Semi Permanent Makeup, Eyebrow Microblading, Medical Micropigmentation and Hair & Scalp Micropigmentation.
Training is provided through our sister company Exclusive Aesthetics Technical and Occupational Skills Training at various locations in Dubai and around the Middle East.
