For Treatment Appointments at Dubai Healthcare City

Terms of Service Candice Watson Exclusive Aesthetic, Dubai, UAE. From 1st September 2016, Candice Watson will travel to Dubai for appointments at the start of each month for 7 to 14 days to attend Dubai appointments at C37, Dubai Healthcare City, AlRazi Medical Complex (Building 64 ), Fourth floor. For this reason, Dubai appointments require 7 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

We charge a booking fee to secure an appointment time slot to omit no-shows. Please see our booking fees HERE.

C37 manages all appointments. C37 is located on the fourth floor in C37, Dubai Healthcare City, AlRazi Medical Complex (Building 64 ).

Please provide your full name, mobile number, and email when making an appointment.

We will invoice you using the email supplied to request payment of the booking fee. All booking fee payments are in GBP.

You can pay using Paypal or a Credit Card. Payment instructions are included in the invoice. If there is a payment issue, please contact us through the invoice email or email info@exclusiveaesthetic.com.

We can only confirm payments when we see the payment in our PayPal account.

For procedures where one payment is required (and one booking fee) with a top-up or top-ups included, you must show up for your top-up at the agreed time or cancel or reschedule, giving seven days’ notice prior. If you do not show up or inform us at least seven days prior, you will lose the scheduled top-up and must reschedule and pay for the top-up missed. The required top-up procedure is charged at our standard rate applicable to each service.

• To cancel or reschedule a Dubai appointment, please email info@exclusiveaesthetic.com or WhatsApp +971 56 116 6689 at least seven days before your appointment.
• DUBAI cancellation or rescheduling requires seven days’ notice.
• The booking fee is refunded if there are seven days or more notice.
• Advanced payment is a booking fee. The balance of your treatment cost is payable at the appointment.
• Treatment sessions are 15 minutes to 60 minutes.
• Consultations are for 15 minutes.
• Informal free consultations are 5 minutes available between scheduled paying clients.
• If you decide not to proceed with the treatment, we do not refund the booking fee.
• All booking fees are in GBP and confirmed on request once received to Exclusive Aesthetic’s Paypal account.
• Scheduling of appointments is in advance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling 

We require seven days’ notice to cancel Dubai appointments.

You will lose your booking fee if:

• You give less than seven days’ notice for Dubai appointments
• You do not show up for your appointment
• You are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment without notifying us

Booking fee

The booking fee to secure an appointment is a booking fee and NOT the full amount. The balance is payable when you attend your appointment.

Booking Fees made through our website or by invoice are paid into Exclusive Aesthetic Ltd’s Paypal account in GBP Sterling.

Consultations

Regrettably, we charge a booking fee for our consultations due to increased no-shows. If you proceed with the treatment, we deduct the booking from the treatment cost.

Scheduled appointments

If you schedule an appointment, we presume you want to proceed with the chosen procedure. When you pay for your appointment, we deduct the booking fee from the procedure cost. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Refunds

All refunds are subject to confirmation that the booking fee was received to Exclusive Aesthetic Ltd’s Paypal account and our cancellation process was followed.

No refunds will be given if:

• Less than seven days notice is given for Dubai appointments
• You do not show up for your appointment
• You are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment without notifying us.

All refunds are at Candice Watson and Exclusive Aesthetic’s discretion. Refunds may take up to 21 days to appear in your account.

Appointment reminders

We may use your email and mobile number to send and text reminders of your appointment time.

Your email and mobile

We require your mobile and email to confirm appointments and will add your contact details to our database. Occasionally, we will contact you to suggest other services we offer. We will not give your contact details to anyone else to use for marketing purposes.

TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All bookings for our training courses can only be secured once the deposit payment has been made.

The remaining balance of payments for each course must be made at least 14 days before the training date.

No refunds will be given if less than 14 days’ written notice is given; however, we are happy to reschedule the training dates subject to status and with at least 7 days’ notice.

Any expenses incurred by Exclusive Aesthetic and Candice Watson will be charged to the students/clinic with prior agreement and in writing. The student/clinic will be liable for these expenses if not cancelled at least 14 days prior to the training dates agreed.

Exclusive Aesthetic is a KHDA-accredited training company that will provide accredited certification to all students who successfully complete and pass the training courses.

The student and/or clinic is responsible for obtaining any additional licences or qualifications required to practice Micropigmentation in their country and region.

All students are required to study the manuals before starting the course (before the agreed training dates).

Manuals will be sent out once full payment has been received.

Should Exclusive Aesthetic need to reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances (flight cancellations, illness, etc.), a suitable date for both the student and Exclusive Aesthetic will be agreed upon. A refund will only be applicable in this situation if, for any reason, a course cannot be rescheduled.

Exceptional circumstances for any cancellation will be considered and given at Exclusive Aesthetic’s discretion.
