We use the Rejuvi method of tattoo removal which is a more gentle removal method with results visible over a much shorter amount of time. A typical black ink tattoo is often removed in 2 to 3 treatment sessions (reds and green tattoo pigment require more treatment sessions.) Each treatment session is spaced 6 to 12 weeks apart to allow the skin to fully heal. In some extreme cases, dependent on the size and colour of the tattoo to be removed, more than 3 sessions may be required however the end result is the same, the tattoo pigment is no longer visible and the tattoo is removed. The process and expected number of sessions will be explained to at the treatment session. The Rejuvi method of tattoo removal is also effective on all colour pigments, unlike laser removal which is only effective on specific colours.
The Rejuvi method of tattoo removal was developed over 10 years ago and was quickly adopted by micropigmentation specialists as the preferred removal method for semi permanent make up procedures, body art tattoos and medical micropigmentation procedures.
Rejuvi tattoo removal uses a similar technique to applying a tattoo or micropigmentation treatment. The same micropigmentation machine and needles are used however the coloured pigment is replaced with a specially formulated tattoo removal cream.
Once implanted the Rejuvi cream attaches and captures the pigment particles within the skin, a little like a magnet, which then is naturally expelled from the skin the same as any other foreign body. The expelled cream and pigment forms a hard crust over the removals area which over the course of several weeks after, falls away taking the pigment contained within the cream with it.
When the tattoo removals course is complete the skin will have a redness for some weeks and will then become lighter than the surrounding skin. This is purely due to the treated area being new fresh skin and needs time to acclimatise before the skin returns to its natural state which will take a few months. Although we believe Rejuvi to be the very best and most effective method of tattoo removal and semi permanent makeup removal there is a minimal risk of scarring. Aftercare should be adhered to carefully (although this is fairly simple). Rejuvi tattoo removal method is NOT a home method and MUST be performed in a medical clinic by a specially trained technician in tattoo removals and the Rejuvi method.

Tattoo Removal treatments cause irritation and swelling to the treatment area. In some cases there may also be redness however this will subside very quickly. Normal activities may resume immediately following the procedure. You will be given after care instructions at your treatment appointment.
We are specialist Micropigmentation experts to the Middle East. All our treatments including tattoo removal meet Dubai Municipality and Ministry of Health regulations.
We do not recommend other tattoo removal systems however below we have listed the various methods of tattoo removal available along with the pros and cons so that you can then make an informed choice of how you would like to proceed with your tattoo removal.
Laser tattoo removal is by far the most marketed and known method of tattoo removal. Laser tattoo removal is very painful and time consuming (we have known people go on a monthly basis for over 2 years and still not seen the result they are looking for), this in turn leads on to laser tattoo removal becoming very expensive. Another problem you find with laser technicians (especially here in the Middle East) is that they will avoid committing to a time scale or the number of sessions you might need, this often is because they simply don’t know and further more are also very unsure if the laser will remove the whole tattoo at all. You also have a big risk of scarring with laser removal.
The way Laser “removes” your tattoo is by exploding the pigment particles which will over many sessions become so small that they disappear. This sounds reasonable however the pigment is being exploded back into the body and the blood stream. Body tattoo pigments (and some cheaper SPMU pigments) have been found to contain carcinogenic ingredients. If these are blasted by laser removal back into the body, at best this causes allergies and rashes and at worst could cause tumours and cancer. This is why we do not recommend laser tattoo removal. Also with laser tattoo removal the appearance of the tattoo will become uneven and will spread out in the skin, giving a very unpleasant look.
Saline solution as a tattoo removal method is intended to remove new pigment i.e. if the technician makes a mistake when applying the new body art tattoo or semi permanent makeup procedure saline can be applied to remove. However if the tattooed area has healed then Saline will have very little or no effect and is a waste of time and money to perform.
Surgery and skin grafts are drastic methods of tattoo removal. You certainly won’t be left with any pigment in the skin however these measures should only need to be performed if the area is very large and other methods have proved ineffective. Hospital stays and heavy aesthetic are required with lengthy healing times. There will be definitely be scarring regardless of how good the surgeon is.
These creams are completely pain free, require no visits to a specialist and can be done in the comfort of your own home. Unfortunately fade out cream do not work on permanent pigment tattoos.
Although there are 1 or 2 creams that over the period of 12-24 months have given fairly impressive results for a cream, there is still no evidence that these creams alone will totally remove tattoo pigment. Our advice, if it sounds too good to be true then it usually is!
Although dermabrasion and sanding techniques are very successful for mild skin resurfacing and exfoliation, when used for actually removing tattoos you would need to go fairly deep into the skin and have many treatments for any worth while results. This can in turn cause scarring, calluses or infections so extreme caution needs to be taken when using this method of tattoo removal.
