Terms of Service

Candice Watson & Exclusive Aesthetic

Please read our Terms of Service in full below.

Thank you for using our new online appointment scheduler and booking fee through www.ExclusiveAesthetic.com.

Our online scheduler and booking fee is required to omit no shows. From 1st September Candice Watson will be based on Harley Street, London and will travel to Dubai for appointments. For this reason Dubai appointments require 7 days notice of cancellation or rescheduling. The booking fee is refundable if our terms of service are followed.

Terms of Service – In short

  • To cancel or reschedule an appointment please email info@exclusiveaesthetic.com at least 7 days prior for Dubai appointments and 24 hours prior for UK appointments.
  • DUBAI cancellations/reschedules require 7 days notice.
  • UK cancellations/reschedules require 24 hours notice.
  • You will lose your booking fee if the required notice period has not been given.
  • Payment made through our online scheduler is a booking fee, the balance is payable at the appointment.
  • The paid booking fee amount will be deducted from the treatment cost at the time of your appointment.
  • Treatments are in 1 hour slots. Consultations are 15 minutes. Free consultations are 10 minutes available between paying clients.
  • Consultation booking fee will be deducted from your treatment cost.
  • All online booking fees are in GBP.
  • Appointments can be made up to 6 months in advance using our online system.
  • We have made our online appointment system as easy to use as possible. However if you have difficulty then please email info@exclusiveaesthetic.com. For Dubai appointments please call LCAS reception on o4 375 2394. For UK appointments please email info@exclsuiveaesthetic.com.

Terms of Service – In Full

Cancellations or Rescheduling 

7 days notice is required for Dubai appointments.

In the UK, 24 hours notice is required.

You will lose your booking fee if:

  • Less than 7 days notice is given for Dubai appointments
  • Less than 24 hours notice is given for UK appointments
  • you do not show up for your appointment
  • you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment without notifying us

Booking fee

All payments made through our website and appointment scheduler app.

The payment made when scheduling an appointment is a booking fee and NOT the full amount. The balance is payable when you attend your appointment.

Booking Fees made through our website or by invoice are made to Exclusive Aesthetic Ltd’s Paypal account in GBP Sterling.

Consultations

Regrettably we are forced to charge a booking fee for our consultations due to an increase in no shows. If you proceed with the treatment the booking fee will be deducted from the treatment cost.

Online scheduled appointments

We presume if you schedule an appointment, you want to proceed with the procedure chosen. The booking fee will be deducted from the procedure cost when you arrive for your appointment. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Refunds

All refunds are subject to confirmation that the booking fee was received to Exclusive Aesthetic Ltd’s Paypal account and you have adhered to our cancellation requirements.

No refunds will be given if:

  • Less than 7 days notice is given for Dubai appointments
  • Less than 24 hours notice is given for UK appointments
  • you do not show up for your appointment
  • you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment without notifying us

Of course occasionally there are genuine reasons to cancel at late notice however when less than 7 days notice is given a refund is at the discretion of Candice Watson and Exclusive Aesthetic Ltd.

Refunds may take up to 21 days to show in your account.

Making an appointment

All appointments are made by calling LCAS reception on +971 4 375 2393. Please supply your email and mobile at time of scheduling.

Appointment reminders

We may use your email and mobile number to send email and text reminders of your appointment time. Maximum 2 text reminders per client (at 7 days prior and 1 day prior) will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone you supply when making an appointment.

Your email and mobile

We require your mobile and email to confirm appointments. We will add your contact details to our database and we may from time to time contact you to suggest other services we offer. We will not give your contact details to anyone else to use for marketing purposes.
